On Saturday 8 June at 6:15 PM, the film I appear in, “I Want You to Be Happy,” will be screened at DROP CINEMA FESTIVAL vol.38 at K’s Cinema in Shinjuku.

I play the role of Tanaka. The story follows Daniela, a systems engineer in Tokyo who loses her partner to suicide. She begins volunteering at a suicide prevention hotline, where she meets Tanaka, who carries the same grief her late partner did. One day Tanaka’s calls stop, and Daniela, fearing the worst, takes matters into her own hands.
